1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by SawBridgeAI ("SawBridgeAI," "we," "us"), including sawbridgeai.com and the applications offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Services

SawBridgeAI provides AI-assisted software for real estate development, property management, and brokerage, including free and paid applications. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and payment

Paid Services are billed on the pricing and terms presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping at scale without permission, reselling without authorization, or using the Services to violate any law or third-party right.

6. No professional advice

Outputs of the Services — including financial models, market analyses, valuations, and AI-generated content — are informational tools only. They do not constitute investment, legal, tax, accounting, or brokerage advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Services and should verify outputs and consult qualified professionals before acting.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, and content we provide, are owned by SawBridgeAI or its licensors. You retain ownership of data and documents you submit; you grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Services, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, complete, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SawBridgeAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or $100 if you have paid nothing).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
